Miami, Florida | June 16TH, 2026— La Industria IRC, the newly launched sports management division of La Industria Inc., proudly announces the signing of Colombian striker Jacob Gómez Barreiro as the first athlete to join its official roster.
The addition of Gómez Barreiro marks the beginning of a new chapter for the organization, which was created to bring the strategic vision, brand development expertise, and global reach that have defined La Industria Inc.’s success in the entertainment industry into the world of sports.
At just 17 years old, Jacob has emerged as one of Colombia’s most promising football prospects. His goal-scoring ability, game intelligence, mental strength, and leadership on the field have earned him recognition through elite youth competitions, as well as call-ups to development camps with Colombia’s national team and the Antioquia regional program.
